You can't really put a globe on those old ceramic / porcelain light fixtures that you have in the basement; I just buy an entire fixture from the big box store for less than $10 and put that in instead of the bare bulb fixture.

And move all the items on the shelves together, face them (like in a grocery store shelf, everything is labels out, neat and in order).

Staying organized, keeping records, and implementing systems is essential for all flippers, new and seasoned!
