I say "might", because I haven't actually seen an Oklahoma court opinion on this issue.In my opinion, the safest way to document this transaction is to execute a standard lease agreement like you would for any other lease transaction.

I own 4 acres right across from the Graton Casino and am working with Rohnert park on a mixed used resi commercial plan.. they need housing. but as you know in that area its just SO expensive to get the dirt ready for vertical and the building permits and systems development fee's are off the charts.Even here in Portlandia..

You get a person who is a single point of contact for your loan(s) and they know you and your business better than you do.The terms you were quoted are pretty standard terms for a CMBS (conforming commercial secondary market) deal. 5 years shouldn't be the amortization, it's probably the due date of the note.
