I am excited that there are more resources and networking opportunities through this site then there was when I was trying to fumble through and am excited to glean what info I can from it, and help others when possible.

Is there any way to get sellers contact info for Fsbo properties listed on sites like Zillow.com  or Realtor.com without having to contact their agent?

I got them for the peace of mind, but honestly, I'm finding that when I do my own work on finding referrals through forums and referral sites, I'm better off.

At it's height, I gone to on site auctions, court house step auctions, as well as public auctions.

How does the process works in simple terms, like if you were to drive for dollars and come up with about 50 leads or so do you just go ahead and send off the mailings to the address or is the a process in between that I am missing?
