So if you have 200k in the bank and thats it, you will not be able to use all 200k as a down payment unless you have stable income flowing in.

@Kole Kingslien, each property is listed separately on the Schedule E, so I would highly recommend maintaining separate records for each property.

The complaints thus far have been primarily around lack of storage; although, each of the bedrooms has a closet with a sliding door, one shelf and a hanging bar.

I just learned there is no schedule E for this property.
