I have had my eye on some upcoming tax auction properties, mostly to watch and learn from the process, but if they go for the right price I may try to bid.Anyway, I am trying to do my due diligence stuff ahead of time both for practice and so I feel comfortable bidding up to a pre-determined limit... but I want to make sure I'm understanding everything right.1) Tax DEEDS - I've been searching a lot on these forums and it seems like there's more about liens than deeds, but in Idaho, it seems they do tax deed auctions. 

If you want to grow in any way, you have to be creative and make use of the tools available to you- Anthony mentioned several great leverage strategies, and if you employed any of them, you could likely make a move sooner than you expect.

They're valuing your property based on a price per square foot that you or your 16 year-old nephew could do just by doing a free search on LoopNet.

It would be hard to determine the possibility of granting or denying an easement without jumping through a bunch of hoops, doing title searches, etc... 

I would advise you to stay far away from Morris Invest, just search them on the site to see the trouble others are having with them.

I’m currently searching for my first deal in the Memphis area by the end of the year just want to get my finances in place first which should be done by the end of July.

I have had people before search out a keyword for commercial in Google and BP forum posts shows up on page one.

Looking forward to searching out local deals and getting my feet wet finally.
