I assume he gets alot of emails attacking him, which is the reason for flying off the handle at my email.He pours salt on everyones work, so he can sugarcoat his own.

Just need to take it with a grain of salt and realize the source and their agenda in participating.So, to seperate the "doers" from the "talkers" is not really a necessary function to achieve the goal of BP.

But also that doesn't mean there are no rules to the negotiation.You cannot spray paint on the walls to feign mold as part of your "negotiating", etc (oh it has been done!)

Turn over seems to be much higher. on the other hand, beats being empty for 4 months during the winter.An example is what appeared to be salt-of-the-earth family  who bailed after a couple of months and took everything out of my kitchen.
