While I am super eager to get my hands on something, I am looking for someone who is already successfully flipping homes in Colorado (Denver, Littleton, Castle Rock, Parker etc), and hoping to do some sort of mentorship so I can learn better what is entailed.

a couple interesting ideas for me in Colorado .. if i went modular it may have been possible for me to manage the job... because so little needs to be done.

I'm in the Colorado Springs Area and my single family home is a well maintained 3 car garage,  3k sq ft, walkout basement on a 3rd acre lot with kids play set installed.

I installed two areas of artificial turf at my STR triplex in Old Colorado City in Colorado Springs four years ago and it’s been great!

Not sure about Colorado, but any jurisdiction I have worked in typically requires that easements be shown on order for plans and permits to be approved.

A few days later, she sends us a letter saying that she can have an ESA because of high stress levels.The letter has a DRs name and valid Colorado license number, but there is no address or business name listed.
