Figure you expenses at refi could go up x amount due to higher interest?

I not only like to be more active in the investing, but also I figured that I probably know a thing or two (although not much) more than someone has never bought an investment property. 

Hey @John Pierce, I live in the Northside and am still trying to figure out the best spots in which to invest.

This seems to be the going prices for Duplex in my area and I can’t figure out how anyone is making money and why rents are so low.

@Anthony Wick, Any other applicant was just starting a new job I'd be nervous, but after all the hoops and background check he had to go through I figure they don't fire people capriciously. 

this would put me at $13K to repair a driveway and clear out the tree which will significantly impact my cash flow.Because of this i figured it would just be easier to ignore the issue all together and deal with an unattractive driveway. 

Figure out how to put hundreds of deals through the opportunity pipeline...everything else is secondary.
