I’m a resident at Erlanger and my wife and have similar interests to you and your husband.

Its a small city in southwest LA of about 35k residents.

I never had it on my SFR’s (which I sold just recently) but I need to get it on my primary residence.  

Additionally, some cities offer parking passes to the residents for a fee.

@Amir HaqLandon is my guy for this, however, 95% CLTV is only for primary residence.

I've used an independent contractor for years at two personal residences in Sherman Oaks who is reasonable on cost and does a great job.

Hi, I am looking at two possible residences in the Greater Austin Area.  

I've even gutted a cabin to the point where the roof was shaky because the sidewalls were all gone and the roof was sitting on just wall studs before residing and reroofing. 

My dream is to get into vacation rentals in Northern Minnesota, but my immediate goals are to purchase a primary residence and pay down my husband's loans from Chiropractic school.
