Question 3: Security features? 

Has anyone used the application and background check feature Zillow.com offers?

My favorite feature is an automatic late fee that gets added if they are 5 days late -- you set the fee.

Most companies offer some sort of cloud based software that provide a whole lot of features for management and communication.If you can find one that offers a price based on unit count, it may be worth it. 

@Rigoberto Medina I would get rid of the membership, it is not a necessity and will save just a bit more money, you still get the same access to most of the features the main thing you miss out on is the calculators which you can really easily create yourself in Excel and probably learn more by doing that.

Furthermore the way you have to enter the units via a stair case in front is also less desirable than some of the comps.While my subject property on paper has all the same basic features as some comps, like I said I think the comps are more desirable in the way the garages are placed, and the entrance to the units.So how do I go about puttting a value on this type of thing?

One problem I noticed is they say that premium features require a fee, but I couldn't see exactly what their premium features were.

A lot of networking groups are hosting events remotely via Zoom.A lot of real estate networking events allow for new members to attend 1-2 events before buying the membership.
