Francis Mendoza yes, that's a good reminder That's definitely another step I need to investigate.

I use a script to remind me of things I don't want to forget and that I need to know in order to make a deal.  

It reminds me in the the late 80's car companies were offering 1,2,3% interest then started offering 0% consumers started expecting this and it's still around today.Difference between a car loan and a mortgage being the secondary market determining interest rates so unless sellers are willing to buy down interest rates for buyers otherwise I think the secondary market will be what it will be...

The reduction from 10 to 5 reminds me of the early 90's.

I have to constantly call her as the 1st comes to an end to "remind" her that rent is due.
