Realized I needed to stop just reading/learning and start engaging the community and taking action if I wanted to grow faster.

Hi everyone, I'm a pharmacist from LA trying to grow my portfolio. 

For this investor, he’s willing to break even on a monthly basis on the future rental and make a profit in 5 years on what looks like a still growing part of the city. 

We want to have monthly income crom rent and grow the equity.

I remember that i was paying 120-150$ of electric bill just for the pool in my SFH + 100$ to have maintenance. - Any law for safety ?

@Sam Shueh There are a number of economic tailwinds in SE Wisconsin that have contributed to the recent rise in prices so I don't think the area is solely reliant on Foxconn to continue to grow. 

Obviously scaling faster is appealing, but I also don’t want to grow too fast and end up in a bad spot. 

Remember sellers are just people.

***The old tradition Growing up, my parents owned a decent sized but standard 4 bed, 2.5 bath, two stories with additional finished third floor for storage, ironing and home office.

Rapidly grow portfolio and maximize leverage, but mitigate risk, build durability and avoid pitfalls.
