Now I understand after 4 houses it gets difficult so I was planning to take the income of these 4 houses to finance my Jumbo loan which I would use to buy more rentals which will be able to produce pure profit.

End of the day without the benefit of hindsight investing is about process and odds and in my opinion its not the right thought process and pure odds (meaning if you had enough observations and did it all over the place) would lead to bad outcomes.

Its easier if you are more of the thought of living in the property long term as opposed to trying to make it a pure rental in the short term.

I'll be studying 2 years in Phili which is exactly the time it takes for a tax free saving on a main home, partnering up with someone as a pure investment play would remove a bit of the juice from such a play am afraid.
