My question is whether as a wholesaler, you are actually giving the seller the money they are willing to accept for their home (for example $50,000) or are you kind of simply officially agreeing to find them a buyer to get them their home for at least that amount of money ($50000) or more, and then transfer the house contract to the prospective buyer?

The numbers I'm trying to obtain are as follows:1) 320 closed sales with an average sales price of 250K2) 2.4 Million in GCI3) $700,000 Cost of Sales (commissions to Buyer Specialists and Listing Specialists) and $700,000 in Operating Expenses4) 27.72 seller listing appointments per month and 25.58 buyer listing appointments per month5)20.58 seller listings taken per month and 16.63 buyer listings taken per month6) 13.33 seller listing sold per month and 13.33 buyer listings sold per monthTo reach these numbers I'm trying to get my sphere of influence number to 1,920 and that's only if I don't have any prospects in my haven't met group.

If you are not adding leads throughout the campaign, the prospects will end up in the middle of the letter series.The alternative, that most of my clients do, is to create a new mailing campaign every time the have 200+ new leads.I hope that helps.
