None of us can guarantee what the ultimate impact of this is going to be in 3-6 months, but I've been watching the market data closely and I've been in the trenches showing homes, doing virtual tours, listing houses, making offers. 

We purchased at a higher interest rate so we could ideally cash out to a lower interest rate and not really impact cash flow.

If someone has a pattern of arrests, that's much more impactful to me as they could go to jail again and no rent will come in. 

The way I see it is everyone's been impacted by this pandemic one way or another.

Also, what likely impact will the long-standing instability of the Rand have on overall investment performance in 2020?

(For anyone concerned about the tenants, we've contacted everyone one-on-one and are giving a temporary abatement to anyone financially impacted.

Compare that to all the people in single family homes posting pictures of themselves in the backyard or pool, and single family homes become much more attractive.This effect should impact amenity rich properties more than others.

Becoming and agent and/or broker shouldn't impact if you finish college.
