If anyone does file the affidavit with Muskegon, please post how the process worked.  

I would suspect if the HOA fees are "significant," they should be able to produce some sort of financials, and if they can't, maybe that is a warning sign (poor management, likely increase in fees or assesments) to take into consideration as well.

I'm going to report them to the state licensing dept and file a complaint, contact the Maryland Attorney General and file a complaint.

I have even hand filed an existing Key to change pattern.
