I have heard of investors setting up a separate LLC for each rental property in their portfolio, but even  that is deemed overkill by some BP members.

They are cash flowing great:Asset 1 doing 775$Asset 2 doing 1150$Now I would need finance in order to grow my portfolio.

So what other property types were added to Blackstone’s portfolio this year?

I am looking to continue to grow my portfolio but with larger commercial or multifamily buildings.

Currently I am focused on starting a flip-hold/BRRRR rental portfolio.

I like the idea of diversifying my portfolio in another state and being close to these investments.

You could buy a few of there units first, and use that cash to save up for newer, nicer houses and get a blend in your portfolio.
