Does anyone have a website designed to generate leads?

In a large percentage of the projects I have done, ive been heavily involved in the design side.

For house designs, my coworker is an architect who ran a custom home building company for 10 years.

You're right though, there are many reasons to consider partnerships, from money, management, experience, etc.As developers, on the Medical Office Building we are currently working on, and previous projects, we design them as condo projects, allowing smaller investors to get in.

And don't think you've fooled them into thinking you wrote them a letter by hand.Postcards work well if they have a high-impact design + a great brand and super-easy-to-remember contact information.

You might try an addendum to the lease stating that there is no storage provided, or designate storage area (per unit) if you have the space in a basement or something.
