Do you go with where is popular now and face all the competition or are more stable markets also candidates?  

I've spent tens of thousands with them over the past 5 years and I am a happy customer. 

It is a customer service sort of investing.

Round Rock has been a popular investing location for awhile because of the family friendly attractions there like Kalahari.

As with most things there are applications tailor made for a business and then there is everything that falls through the cracks or must be customized to fit the specific processes/preferences of the business.

I am not trying to win a popularity contest, I am cold blunt, yet honest and straight to the point calling out BS when I see it.Now, my turn.How long does it take to rank and get leads?

To assist them, it can be a good idea for property managers/owners to connect with local companies that are willing to pay a commission for a successful referral.For example, a property owner could partner with a moving company whereby they refer customers in exchange for a small commission on each sale.

This was amazing from a customer stand point and as a result the owner only had to make sure the road from the street to the driveway was cleared.

Basically advertising to get customers to move there.For instance nowhere in America can they be discriminated against for housing, so all areas seem the same vs MOST Friendly.They can't be given special treatment in housing just because they are, nor can they be denied housing just because they are..an Equal situation vs a Most Friendly.Do you (or anyone else) know the answer to this, or did you just pick see it in the media like I did (???) 

SFR or units with 3 bedrooms or seem to be very popular at the moment.
