I would just not feel comfortable putting that fridge back in a rental for someone else since that looks like insect droppings and larva.  

You can drop, raise, use a pricing app,  you can utilize knowledge of local events to price your home up or down.

Many believe the mass migration of SE to Capitol Heights is what dropped the value many moons ago.

Maybe @Chris Mason has some knowledge to drop. 

It’s been listed over a year and they have dropped the price a few times so I wonder if someone could make an aggressive offer or  buy the lot of them for a big discount. 

Simply give them notice AGAIN, and when they inevitably are NOT there, post a letter on their door or slide it under the door, drop it in the mailbox, whatever....saying you're not trying to evict, etc.

And the surrounding suburbs drop off pretty steeply in desirability from a real estate stand point. 

Once an inspector "found" rat droppings in an attic of one of my properties, but rather than hire his buddy to exterminate the "rats," I hired an inspector to confirm that there were no rat droppings.

My leads are free so I can afford to target anyone and everyone..but when you pay for leads, I would drastically drop the "problem aware to solution aware" theory.This theory could work when you launch your video for free.
