Based on the lease and review from the former PM, tenant A is still owing pet deposit since Start of lease and is currently past due by 1.5 month.

Personally I don't want one of the tenants because they broke their lease by getting a pet, when their current lease states, "No Pets" and the current owner has had several issues with the renter.
