Thanks @Johnny MartinMy suggestion is to partner with a like minded person... and preferably someone like a family member who really knows you... a dad... an uncle, etc that understands the value of passive investing.

I just don't want to deal with it and I don't trust myself when someone tries to sell me a story.If you know what area/city you are interested in and have the funds to get started, use the "Find An Agent" tool at the top of the screen to get connected and target areas that fit/meet your goals.

Folks,I am negotiating an owner-operated restaurant lease and tenant agrees to a personal guarantee for the initial lease term of five years but rejects a guarantee for the two options (five year each).

When it comes to a 3.5% fha vs a 5% conventional, I personally prefer the 5% conventional because the PMI automatically drops when you hit 80% LTV.
