Olivia Darling How Do I Wholesale Pre-Foreclosure Properties?
20 February 2022 | 40 replies
Reading many of the post comments to what i believe was a sincere question there were so many passive aggressive responses. i know my heart and by no means would i take advantage of the owner they are already dealing with going through a foreclosure. i want to be a part of a solution not the problem and i want to be totally transparent with the owner on not buying the home but helping them find a buyer. i would do my job of walking the property with a contractor and getting a actual estimate on rehab. i would even goes as far as paying for a inspection out of pocket to give as much  accurate  information to potential investors helping the home owner and gaining experience are way above making a profit.I come from a different world were integrity and honor is key So if i can you give you some words of encouragement forget the hatters stay ten toes down and chase your dream !
