If it is sold for unpaid taxes, one has only a life estate, which lasts until the parents die, and then disappears. 

I know when I have joint pain that stuff does work and my wife uses it on her arthritis. 

I like to buy with SF because I don't have to go through the costs and pain and delay of obtaining a mortgage and it doesn't count against my allowable number of loans.

I have two friends, one went through this painful experience and another one is swearing up and down right now.
