An acquaintance of mine that worked in a shipping industry said he would never move his family into a (used) container home (or even reuse pallets for furniture).  

The kitchen has a bed in it, and the rooms have blankets over furniture and no light.

So my Wife and I have been throwing the idea around of selling our house and buying this 30 acres of farmland that has no improvements on it and build a Wedding/Event Venue on it with a 250-300 person capacity barn style and a 3-5 acre pond with a 10,000 sq ft island to do outdoor weddings on. 7 Acres of road frontage is currently zoned B1 for Business the rest is residential agriculture if i recall correctly none of it hinders us from doing what we are looking to do from what the county has said. 1 option was to build a home as well on it the and and do the barn to do weddings and the 2nd option was to just build the event venue and no home.

Starting with, Roughly 18 Years as a Mason,Concrete Finisher, general Contractor/ Indoor & Outdoor,Landscaping ,Tile Work, Dry-wall, Kitchen & Bath, Paint, Etc.

I think furniture is a good analogy: If I wanted a beautiful dining room set, made out of hardwood, stained specifically to match woodwork in my home, with a lot of hand-finished touches and intricate detail work, I have two options: 1.

.- A hot tub is mandatory- A fire place is mandatory- Invest in decent furniture.  

Home has an additional 1 bedroom/1bath apartment downstairs with its own separate outdoor entrance.

We get bookings for NASCAR, outdoors, sports tournaments, and a growing number of people traveling for work or renting mid term while trying to find a house. 

They’ll rent faster and any damage caused by furniture or wear and tear can be fixed in hours. 

Our issue is with deep scratches on it in the high traffic area, probably heavy furniture in a bad move out situation.
