I’m looking for advice on refinancing a STR property in Pennsylvania.

Husband and I are purchasing a property as our private residence that also has a small cottage on it we plan to STR. 

I had some experience on long-term rental out of California, but I know running short-term is a different story. 

When you buy through a wholesaler you should have gotten title insurance which should have picked up on subdivision issue.

Everyone on here says get a RE agent to work for you and help find/facilitate deals. 

A lot of times the mindset you have on the way in can help you make more happen.

I started doing research on different zip codes in which to use the BRRRR strategy.

They also have tools for on boarding investors.There are property managements softwares to help with property/asset management.There are CRMs that help with capital raising and investor automations.I would not focus on automation right now, but on the business of multifamily.
