OH never quite reached the lows of Church Hill or Jackson Ward, but it also hasn't seen the same level of rehab love that those neighborhoods have either, so there is some great investment there too.

in certian areas of Pennsylvania and Ohio, the local MLS leads, are flooded with singles and doubles, but for the the higer units, there isn't much information.

I also think Alaska lends itself to a lot of "uh-ohs" and I want to manage my risk by adding in a little extra cushion.
