I basically started at episode 1 and am working my way through them day by day on my commute to/from work (it makes the drive much more tolerable).The "live-in flip" idea sounds like a great idea!  

They have a down town office and St Charles.

You should be able to go to the website for the county assessor's office, type in the property address and get tax information as well as the name of the owner.

At least I agree with you in that it's a great idea.

I am a recent college grad and now Air Force Officer.

If you don't have the time to go visit then you may want to rethink this whole idea of wholesaling

I am also looking for an AZ lic RE agent who would be willing to pull comps and help me locate individuals that would advise me on the condition of the homes that I have under contract but no idea of their condition and repo assessments.

Not a bad idea - i'll do some research and we should talk.
