There charge a fee when they rent them so the monthly percentage just goes to these few hours if fielding calls.My main problem is having time to market and show them.  

I worked in the residential and commercial property management field for 12 years, even held a real estate licence. 

Any suggestions on how to lessen that aspect of learning this field?

Last year we took a break from real estate investment to learn more about the real estate field.

He is in IT field and would find a job in couple of months.what would you do in this scenario?

I will be asking all types of questions related to these fields as I grow and learn.  

So in my mind if you have people get pumped up reading BP or going to the numerous coaching companies that propel people to take action.. if they succeed they like to talk about it.. if they fail they just kind of sail off into the sunset never to be heard from again.

After several Calls and numerous letters , the new management comes in and sells it .No one to blame here but myself .
