Who do you use for individual SFH policies or commercial policy that could write a portfolio policy? 

I own a property with them in Arlington that i purchased in 2020.

I know nothing about Airbnb's so considering an Airbnb compared to a lease on a SFH.

I essentially asked my insurance company how am I able to discern what percentage a breed makes up of a dog.

I don't have a problem finding deals, and have had good returns on my first property and I think that will lead to referrals down the line but I am trying to scale at a faster pace. 

Realistically, what would you want to see from a private lender?

My husband has a remote job and would love to learn from my dad who has built for years and is now retired Of course, that may take a while and my husband could only work with him after he gets done with work around 4pm each day. 

I am pursuing my goal to be a land investor, and so far I feel good about having bought a number of lots at a good price.
