If I owned a nearby Park not subject to the economic swings of a single industry such as in Bakken then I would buy many of them for infill.  

Any chance you're up to grab coffee at Virginia Hills Starbucks sometime?  

There is new development happening that is going to raise the nearby property value and it'd be terrible to miss out in the opportunity.

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.

If you live in SF or NYC, ok I get it, but when you are in Iowa you should have viable options nearby for a variety of REI plays.

Common causes are a nearby bbq grill, burning debris or leaves too close to the house, etc.

For me it's quality of schools, access to employment or highways to nearby cities, and proximity of amenities like shopping, hardware stores etc.

Shop around nearby areas to see what rents are and call like you are looking for a place to rent and see how other places treat renters in that area.
