He showed me a box of nails he used, and explained the gutters got loose from the wooden frame, so he took them off and re-nailed it with longer nails.

This right here, brother, you nailed it.I just find buyers that want to buy in a certain area, try to get to know then and understand what it is they want to invest in, and stay in contact.
