I only have a few years to pay it off as everything is going smoothly right now.I just received a letter from the bank stating they are updated their files and are requesting from me, an updated completed tax return and / or income statement.I do have several more years on the loan but  plan on paying it off as early as I can.I've taken out loans in the past and have never had to update tax returns to any of them so I'm curious as to why they would need it unless they plan on lowering my interest rate.

Also, to get around both platform's restriction's on exchanging information (although I understand why they need to do it), you can a) attach a file with your info, b) enter your number in separate messages, and use a mix of actual numbers and spelled out numbers, i.e.eight o five68threefour568

@Bryan LaIn person and then follow up with a letter in the mail is what I would do.It is more personal, you want to treat them well and in person lets you feel out if they will be a problem or not.

@Svend W.I like using Niche.com for a general overview of each neighborhood. https://www.niche.com/places-t...I've found the letter grades they give for different neighborhoods are pretty accurate.
