Now, I have started a semi-comfy career in medical sales, I now have had the chance to save some money in the hopes of purchasing my first deal in 2020. 

I am now looking for a career change to utilize my skills in the Real Estate world with creativity, leadership, attention to detail and an optimistic mind set.

I don't have the skill to do what you and the other professionals ws do in this market.

I've read through them all and I have decided I need to improve my deal analysis skills before I make a move.

-Back in January he decided to come to the office to tell me that he was going to pay late this month because he has medical bills from getting shot.

This is not a situation where the trailer could be considered necessary for medical or emotional well-being purposes (or at least I don't think that argument would ever hold up in court, however I am not a lawyer).

You have to be skilled and learn the craft.

@Alan TaylorMoving part of the wall, as Matt suggests, is more workable, but still the kind of headache that I would not go through, not because I don't have the technical skill and experience to do it, but because I wouldn't see the long-term benefit of going through with it.
