Have you thought about getting into co-hosting or management?

Does anyone know of companies that have acquisition managers that they can place with a small real estate investment firm? 

I do understand there is risk with finding a good network out of state of contractors and property managers. 

Hello, I currently live in California and have been successfully managing my multiple properties in the Frisco (Texas) area for the last 3 years.

My relative actually bought an old church and the two properties next it and fixed it all up. 

It's more efficient for managing the properties.

My question is not related probate or step-up because he has not decided to sell the property.In 2022 my dad held a life estate interest in the property at the same time providing a remaindership to both his sons.In 2024 my brother Travis gave his share back to my dad through a quit claim deed.  

Would have to consider the expense of a property manager, as this property is about a 1-hour drive from my current location.- Seems to be absent of any major internal issues.
