I do already have a small staff with my regular business so it is not actually me taking calls personally but I do oversee the managing part.There is a nice gentleman on BP who runs the largest TK company in the country.

But generally speaking, you'll do better to avoid areas like Hauula, Kaaawa and that whole side of the island because there's just less activity and fewer interested investor buyers.

I've been trying to get to know my area (which is Rhode Island).

Now, with that being said, they are most likely admitted in an different state.When you are dealing with non-admitted insurers you are dealing with the largest of the insurers in the world (most of the time).
