Since a lot of the data (like monthly price changes, days on market, rent etc.) is based off of MLS data I can change the map every few weeks, unlike census data which is 1-2 years out of date.Was just wondering if you think the neighborhood grades seem accurate

You just have to pass the basic inspection.Rentable amount is based on bedrooms and bathrooms do not matter for the rent amount.

Hey Ronnie, You would need to sell them the property at 80% ARV minus repairs so they can get at least a 10% profit margin (which is more than 10% ROI because it's a percentage based on ARV not on money invested) after covering realtor commissions and closing costs.
