I am also sending them a personal business card (which is with my return labels shipment) so they can hold onto my details and call or email at their best convenience. 

I would be happy to discuss passive commercial real estate investments in more detail too if you are interested in diversifying your SFRs portfolio.

They even sent a copy of the receipt from the supply house for the 10/8 one, finishing items and light boxes.

I would then call the lenders and get all details of the loan programs, fees and time frames involved.

Some more details:  the property currently has all 3 other units rented out for 800, 750 l, 565 and the 4th unit I would occupy.
