We advertise our high dedicated internet speed, desk and quiet environment as selling points for people who are traveling and working.

I highly recommend you do not split out utilities, internet, etc.

I've scoured the internet and there does not seem to be any indication of this, EVEN for the discover that I already have except a small hint of it on their credit card page where is says "future transfers".

Have a process server deliver notice to vacate and have it translated into their native language.

If you can't deliver it in person, then you have to hire a "process server"  which doesn't call that much.
