I currently work in the Information Technology field as a primary source of income which I assume I will continue to do for quite some time.  

So the bottom line here is that there is not going to be a difference of an outcome to the data for  wage increase in March spruce up economic prosperity in this country.Until the job labor market is trained with technology skills, we will see a positive economic  outcome.

However through reading alot of literature alot of investors are saying its not necessary to visit the property before investing with the use of technology and video conferencing its much easier.

I don't want to discourage you - just give you a quick reality check.If you're just starting out and your budget is low, think about innovative ways to get your message out.

You need to be creative and innovative in your approach to buying real estate.

You can but with the technology you can get the same information by looking up properties online.

Here is some anecdotal evidence on the growth aspect.Salesforce.com, a technology company headquartered in San Francisco and with a $45 billion market capitalization, is making Indianapolis its Regional Headquarters, and has just leased 220,000 of office space in downtown Indianapolis.  

After school, I moved to San Francisco to work for a public accounting firm, focusing on real estate and technology.  11 years ago, I moved to Salt Lake City to continue my career in public accounting, working on multifamily, private and public REITs, storage, homebuilders, and tech companies.
