Hi Monica,I'd need a little bit more information on the roles of you and this other person.Generally speaking, the profits on these types of deals can be split anywhere from 50/50 to 90/10 (with the first number being the limited partner, the person who brings the capital, and the second number being the general partner, the person who manages the deal).
