Looking for a Real Estate CPA, bonus points if they're physical located in Chattanooga.

The one thing I want to work on next is incorporating new and existing landlord/tenant laws into my process.Have you traveled to any of those southern states, if so which one did you favor?

I can certainly inspect and evaluate the physical condition of each unit. 

He completely knocks down every mental and physical barrier in his way to accomplish things that don't seem human!

I have at least 13-15days actually physically available every month to help you (I can help all day every month on a computer or phone) and will be willing to travel anywhere if needed (For instance, travel to a different state to take a look at the property).

But I haven’t really seeking out physically distressed homes while driving by.

I obviously am not local to your market so wouldn't be able to assist with a physical in-person inspection.

It's really about developing the right team and establishing certain checks and balances in place to provide you a level of trust and comfort so you don't have to physically travel to your property.
