Tenant was at work, I walk in (thank goodness BEFORE calling my HVAC guy) and the place is toasty warm.IF your ventless gas heater has been able to adequately heat a 1000 square foot house for the past four years, continue using it and ignore what the gas guy told you.

When you see things telling you to be "cautious," check them out too.When you see things telling you about what's not possible and what's realistic (ugh, hate that word).... for the most part, ignore them.

this is just me.. but this to me is a nuisance and I would simply ignore it.. but that's me.. people like to huff and puff.. but at the end of the day what are they going to do Sue you.spend thousands with an attorney ?
