Is there anyone who is currently in school for any other course of study that directly relates to their real estate business?

In my SS, I 'm dealing with the relative and not the seller.We will be using rent credits or rent deduction since it is a multi family.

If you have the teaching skills relating to Investing or any other skill why don't you get on the training circuit with a company.

This avoids duplication of closing and financing related costs, creating a win-win situation.Thanks,Z

I am not an attorney or CPA but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night so…RE is a relatively simple business (I did not say easy necessarily) that many complicate and take themselves out of the game before they even get started.

This duplex was built in 1994, relatively new for this block.
