I would add you should only do business with a lender who can BOTH. if the LO does not understand how DSCR loans work then then they would likely not be a good fit.

If your investment is only a good investment if everything goes perfectly then it isn't a good investment because if you hold a property long enough it will not go perfectly!

@Ethan McRaeI typically use credit unions for primary residence (many don’t lend for investment properties) but if they do we have found rates at credit unions to be better than a traditional bankFor example I can get a 30 year fixed today at my CU for 6%
