The PMT and PPMT function are useful and there's a lot of helpful info on how to use them out there.Regarding storing tenant info and whatnot, you may want to look at tech packages for owner-landlords.

There really isn't a function for this in the platform although I am sure you could get the agreement to them and back if you wanted.
