Habitat for Humanity house quality

Anyone ever bought a home that was originally built by Habitat for Humanity? Looking at one from the mid 2000s and just wanted to see what your all experience is with them. I know they have professional architects and a licensed contractor oversee the job, but have you had any quality issues owning them for a while? Thanks

@Andrew Syrios-  thanks ...a  property  like this  might  be  worth  paying for a  licensed  inspector to  look at  carfully ....also check the title work  as sometimes  there  might be some unique liens  in place  on these  deals  .....if you are needing financing  -make sure you are  pre approved for a loan  before extended an offer
