We do own self storage (apartments without toilets). 

In order to start an AirbNb I would have pretty high upfront expenses like moving my expensive furniture to storage and furnishing my home with less expensive things. 

DO NOT buy something that you will lose money on every month once the entire thing is rented.If you have specific questions feel free to ask as everything is very fresh for me right now.

However, I wouldn't like to do SFH, I'd stick with larger deals into the apartment, storage or mhp space.

The vision you initially had for your property was unrealistic for a rental property and you will not do that again.Rental properties need to be brought to a basic standard of living, spruced up fresh and pass inspection.

Truly “hidden concessions” exist... for example a $600.00 rent rate on an $800.00 apartment, or storage unit rental that is included in the apartment lease for no extra fee.

We respectfully let her go because we felt uncomfortable without representation by a neutral third party who could evaluate the deal without prejudice.We decided to just start over and let that deal go, starting fresh with a new listing agent.
