In order to start an AirbNb I would have pretty high upfront expenses like moving my expensive furniture to storage and furnishing my home with less expensive things.

Truly “hidden concessions” exist... for example a $600.00 rent rate on an $800.00 apartment, or storage unit rental that is included in the apartment lease for no extra fee.

We respectfully let her go because we felt uncomfortable without representation by a neutral third party who could evaluate the deal without prejudice.We decided to just start over and let that deal go, starting fresh with a new listing agent.
