There is still a list of credit unions and banks I can call, but was wondering if someone could give me a few more options to move to the top of the list.  

The problem is my credit won't allow me to take the property out of the company's name and put it into mine to do a cash out refinance. 

Being a credit Union they are very conservative, but both my wife and I used them to purchase houses, which we still own today.I would not write off the VA either because even if you go over your entitlement you can still get in for a low down payment.

Renters have stable longer term jobs and have had a good history, though not excellent credit (around low 6s) but no judgments. 

Is it possible for him to take classes for credit now and then write the exams after his 18th birthday? 

I had to use my own money or my own lines of credit at first until I had done several deals and I had a track record of knowing what I was doing.

I’ve recently been reaching out to local banks asking for lines of credits for my business.

I would like to report to credit agent, the government or other organizations this bad tenant.

If your looking at deals under $1M (loan amount) you will find the national lenders do not typically have an interest and your best option is local banks and credit unions.
