Both the historic districts on either side of I-10 central phoenix have a abundance of homes with either a casita or another home on the property and they go quick and the price per foot has increased quickly the past few years as they bring these areas back to life.

I’d get started on a team as a licensed assistant or anything you can do to get your foot in the door.

I haven’t order a lot so I just use a local guy to print them up but have seen some places online u can order from.

Again just opinion and generalization at a 40,000 foot overview.  

It was also the most revolting house I have ever set foot in. 

I got a print out at the county assessors office.

Definitely not as much as the rest of the city, but I see it as a great foot in the door to start.

Both appraisals seemed unreasonably low, not only because there was a willing buyer in each case, but because other comparable houses had sold at the same price per square foot.

I'm about to print it out and tape it on there door.
